A high quality Moro Gunong c. 1900. The grip is bone with silver wrapped around the edges and some silver filigree in the middle of the hilt. The guard is stamped and chased silver. Although difficult to see, the blade is laminated in several layers and double edged. The scabbard is newly made of paduk wood and silver mounts. It is rare to see silver wrapped around the pommel in this manner.
