Code AN22
A 20th c. jambiya brought back to US from Saudi Arabia by an American soldier. The hilt and scabbard are decorated with inlaid Pietra Dura mixed agate panels. Both are decorated with an overlay of braided brass. The dagger is quite heavy and the agate is very cool to the touch indicating it is not plastic imitation. The steel blade is in good condition.
